This is easily the best gym in Bodmin with a heavy focus on weight/strength training, but with a few machines for cardio. 24/7 access. Great range of equipment that is well maintained by the owner, Rich. A very clean and super friendly environment that I feel very safe in, as a woman this is so important to me. The owner Rich is very knowledgable and helpful, he ensures you know how to use machines/equipment properly, he’s also a really nice genuine guy. Great little shop too that sells products like protein powders, bars, drinks, clothing etc. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place, it’s changed my life!
